Unexpected Success Chain Impact
The ANS-Serenity Results Recently Achieved By A Client
Something that I Frequently Talk about in My Work are Stress Chains.
The Idea is that Most Stressors We Have...
Cause Other Stressors.
This Becomes a "Chain" or Chain-Reaction of Stressors which become Extremely Problematic for Us as Humans.
These Begin to Create Vicious Cycles in Our Lives that can Feel Difficult to Escape.
If You want to Resolve as Many Stressors as Possible...
With the Least Amount of Effort...
You Achieve this by Finding a Stress Chain and Removing the Stressor at the Beginning of the Chain...
Causing the Rest of the Stressors to Either Lessen or Disappear Completely...
Without Any Additional Work.
However, what I talk about "Less" Frequently is the Other Side of this Spectrum...
Success Chains.
In a Similar Manner, We Often Find that One Success can Cause Another Success...
If You "Start" the Success Chain with the Right Thing...
It can "Cause" Further Successes...
Sometimes Successes that You Were Not Expecting.
I Recently Experienced an Unexpected Success Chain with a Client that I was Working With.
When this Client Started...
They had Extreme Levels of Anxiety and Dis-Stress.
It Caused Many Issues with Focus, Emotional Regulation, Memory, Sleeping...
And More.
We Determined that the Best Place to Start for this Particular Client was with ANS-Serenity Services.
These are Different Nervous System Modalities that I Use with Clients to Calm the Nervous System Down to Help with Overcoming Extreme Dis-Stress.
When the Nervous System is Constantly Bombarded and Overstimulated...
It can Create a Complex Stress Chain which is Difficult to Overcome.

Walking Outside.
The Client was Getting Over 10k Steps Daily, and has Not Added "More" Steps into their Day, they Simply are Doing Some of Their Steps Outside in the Sunlight.
What have the Results Been?
Well, Some of the Results We Expected.
As the Nervous System Calmed Down...
Their Focus has Greatly Improved...
Their Memory has Improved...
They are Significantly Less Anxious...
Their Emotional Regulation has become Better...
And We have Also Seen Better Sleep...
However...
We Were Not Expecting to See a 45%+ Increase in Average Deep Sleep.
That was a Huge Surprise!

What I was "Not" Expecting However...
Was that this Client "Also" Lost 18 Lbs...
They went from Being "Nearly" Obese according to their BMI...
To being 60% of the Way to a Healthy BMI.
This is What is More Fascinating...
This Weight Loss was Achieved...
Without Changes in their Diet...
And Without Adding Workouts.
The Only Physical Activity that Changed was that they Walked "Outside" Instead of Inside...
But Not "More" Physical Activity.
Now, this was Not a Metric that "I" was Paying Attention to and Why I was Not Expecting It...
But Scientifically it Does Make Sense.
It is Known that When We are in High Levels of Dis-Stress...
As this Client was with their Levels of Anxiety and Challenges with Emotional Regulation...
The Body will Build More Cortisol...
Cortisol has a Number of Effects on the Body...
Such as Making it More Difficult to Fall Asleep...
But it is Also Known to Cause Weight Gain.
Unchecked, and with Chronic Dis-Stress, the Weight Could Become Significant, And" Could Cause Further Health Complications.
The Compounding of Obesity and Extreme Levels of Oxidative Stress (aka Stress Damage) is Correlated with Many Diseases and Disorders...
Making them Potential "Root Causes" of Many Different Problems...
In Other Words...

It Creates Leverage where Other Successes Become Easier to Obtain...
