Where Many People Will Fail On Their Goals

Between Now And The End Of The Month

January marks a new year...

And for many people, that also means new goals for their lives.

But if you look at the stats...

Most people will fail their goals.

I am not saying this to deter you from getting to your goals.

Rather, this is just what happens.

Over 25% of people have already given up on their New Year’s Resolutions.

That will grow to around 50% by the end of this month...

And finish the year between 90% and 92% of people giving up.

There is one very specific challenge that people are starting to face right now.

What is it?

Desire.

Motivation.

The reality is that many people...

At this very moment...

Are thinking about whatever is required for their goals...

And they just do not want to do it.

Maybe they are tired.

Maybe the challenge was more intense than they imagined.

Maybe it has just been a really bad day.

Maybe they are sick.

There are so many reasons that come up that cause people to not have the desire or motivation to keep going.

I get it.

One question that I have been asked many times since I started writing and publishing articles every single day...

Now at over 1,100 days in a row...

Is how I stay motivated?

The truth?

I do not.

I am not motivated much of the time.

At this moment, I am not motivated.

I sat down to write...

Pulled out my laptop...

And all that was going through my mind was...

I really do not feel like doing this right now.

I had no desire.

No motivation.

This is what you need to understand, though...

If you are going to succeed at high levels at “anything” in life...

You need to move past motivation and desire.

There will be many days...

Weeks...

Maybe even months...

Where you lack any motivation and desire.

Even when it comes to things that you are passionate about in life.

If you are relying on “feeling” like you want to do it...

You will realize that it just does not happen.

There is a reason that around 98% of people will be on their deathbed, regretting how they lived their lives...

Most people believe that they need it to “feel” right...

And discover, far too late, that it is never going to “feel” right all of the time...

Perhaps not even most of the time.

If you want to improve your life...

And reach your goals...

You need to simply start working at it.

Period.

Do not allow the lack of motivation or desire to stop you.

Work through it.

Sometimes you do need to recover, yes...

But do not use recovery as an excuse to not try...

To not act...

To not move forward.

What you will discover in life...

Is that often, a breakthrough is on the other side of a lack of motivation and desire.

You choose to move forward...

Because it is the right thing to do...

For your life...

And you will begin to see that as you move forward and through each valley without motivation and desire...

You will begin to find more progress and results than you ever imagined possible.

But it will only happen...

If you can get yourself past the lack of motivation and desire.

Many people right now are beginning to feel their desire and motivation disappear...

That is not a signal to give up...

It is your opportunity to obtain something greater in life...

By working through it.
