Understanding The Burnout Problem

The Chicken and Egg Challenge Of Today's World

Burnout is at an All-Time High...

Over 80% of People are Currently in States of Burnout...

With the Trends Expected to Increase.

Unsurprising.

When you look at the Landscape of the World...

This is What We Should Expect.

Burnout "Should" Be Getting Worse.

Now, Obviously this is "Not" what We Want...

No One Likes Burnout.

But there All of the Factors that Contribute to Burnout are Getting Worse.

So...

It Should Be Expected to Increase.

But Why?

Well, Let's Look at a Fun Statistic...

Over 80% of People Also Have Extreme Nutrient Deficiencies.

The Majority of those Individuals "With" Deficiencies "Are" Also Supplementing.

Are these Related?

Absolutely.

But Likely Not in the Way People Think.

It is a Bit of a Nuanced Problem.

Most People Believe if they Take their Multi-Vitamin, they will be Safe...

Wrong.

The Body Uses Different Nutrients for Different Purposes in Different Ratios...

Some Nutrients are in Direct Relationship with Others...

Sometimes when One Nutrient Increases...

It is Because of a Decrease of Another Nutrient.

Sometimes Adding a Nutrient...

Only Exacerbates Other Nutrient Deficiencies.

All of these Nutrients are also Utilized at Higher Levels...

When in Chronic Dis-Stress.

As Chronic Dis-Stress Increases...

The Body Uses More Nutrients...

But if You Add the Wrong Nutrients...

Especially at the Wrong Quantities and Quality...

This can Also Add to the Dis-Stress.

Which Came First...

The Dis-Stress or the Nutrient Deficiencies?

We can Also Look at the Problems with the Nervous System in Today's World.

When our Fight-Or-Flight and Survival Mechanisms are Switched On...

Our Nervous System Begins to Pay Attention...

And Catalog All "Potential" Threats in Our Lives...

So, in Dis-Stress...

The Catalog Builds Up.

As the Catalog Builds Up...

It Turns On More Frequently...

Causing More Dis-Stress.

If We have Nutrient Deficiencies...

Our Bodies Go Into a Survival State...

Meaning the Nervous System begins to Catalog More.

When the Nervous System Goes Off...

More Nutrients are Consumed to Overcome the Survival State.

Which Came First...

The Dis-Stress or the Nervous System Reaction?

The Nervous System Reaction or the Nutrient Deficiencies?

This, however, Still Fails to Take into Account all of the Environmental Factors that We Experience.

The World is Filled with Factors that Push Us toward Dis-Stress.

Watching the News.

Environmental Toxins.

The State of Being of the People We Regularly Associate With.

Whether We are Moving or are Sedentary throughout the Day.

The Quality of the Food You Eat.

Whether We Take Regular Breaks based on Psychophysiological Cycles or Overextend Ourselves Working.

All of these Factors can Further Change Your DNA...

Some Changes Occur in Days...

Others Hours...

Some Even within Seconds.

Over 90% of Our DNA can be Turned On or Off based on Different Environmental Factors.

When certain DNA are Turned On Frequently...

It Causes More Dis-Stress.

Some People are Born with certain DNA already Turned On based on Environmental Factors faced in the Womb.

Which Came First...

The DNA Combinations or the Environmental Dis-Stress?

The Environmental Dis-Stress or the Nutrient Deficiencies?

The Nutrient Deficiencies or the Nervous System Reactions?

The Nervous System Reactions or the Chronic Dis-Stress?

The Chronic Dis-Stress or the DNA Combinations?

Can You See the Challenge that We are Beginning to Arrive At?

The Real Problem is Not "Which Came First"...

The Problem is that these are "All" Part of a Vicious Cycle that is Continuing to Become Worse in Our Lives.

It Does Not Matter If the Chicken or the Egg Came First...

What Matters is that If You Want Eggs, You Need a Chicken...

And if You want a Chicken, then You Need an Egg...

And if You Kill All the Chickens and Destroy All the Eggs...

There are No More of Either.

If the Chickens are Sick...

Then the Eggs will become Sick.

If the Eggs are Sick...

Then the Chickens will be Born Sick.

This is the Problem We are Seeing and Living as a Society Today.

Nearly Every Aspect of Most People's Lives is Contributing to Worse Dis-Stress...

Causing More Burnout.

As More Burnout Ensues...

People are Becoming More Sick in a Wide Variety of Ways.

It is Not Difficult to See How this Situation Ends.

If Nothing Changes...

Then People Become More Sick...

Burnout Gets Worse...

Until the Inevitable Happens...

Our Bodies Simply are Unable to Fight Anymore...

And We Perish.

It "May" be a Very Slow Form of Perishing...

But it is also an Extremely Painful Form of Perishing as well.

This is Not Living.

This is Dying...

Slowly...

Painfully...

Is this Truly the Type of Life We Want to Live?

If You Want to Live a Horribly Painful, Costly, and Deteriorating Quality of Life...

Then by All Means Continue as You Are.

The Wonderful Thing About Free Will is that You are Allowed to Decide the Type of Life You Want to Live...

Even if that Life is a Miserable Existence that is Difficult to Fathom.

You Really Do Not Need to Try Very Hard to Allow the Burnout Problem to Get Worse.

The Vicious Cycle is In Effect and Will Continue to Swallow People into the Abyss if Nothing Changes.

Many People Allow Themselves to Live Completely Oblivious to what is Clearly Happening in their Lives.

It is a Choice...

Not a Choice I would want to Make...

But One that Many Do Choose.

However...

If You Want to Live a Different Type of Life...

One of Health...

Where We are Able to Live Life to the Fullest...

Push Ourselves to Our Greatest Potential...

Have Our Health...

And Be Truly Happy...

Then You Must Live Life Differently.

You Cannot Continue to Live Wondering Whether the Chicken or Egg Came First in the Burnout Problem...

In Reality, it Does Not Matter...

What Matters is that "You" Must Decide to Change...

And Improve as Many of these Different Factors as Possible.
