Written by a human, for humans, always.
What is the value of our actions?
It is a strange question that I think we rarely consider.
Why?
So many people take actions that, when they stop to think...
They know has little, no, or even negative value in their lives.
This is not a condemnation.
It is something we all have done or will do.
I’m no different, having taken such actions in my own life.
But it is worth asking.
What is the value of this action?

How we are remembered...
Will be determined by the actions we take.
Most people are not aware of the weight of their actions.
But there is a group of people...
Who deeply understand the value of their actions.
Soldiers who protect freedom.
They know that there are many forces who seek to eliminate the freedoms of others.
These soldiers know only too well the lengths that these forces will go.
They are the ones who stand valiantly in the path of those forces...
To save so many more lives.
That is something vastly more valuable than many people realize.
Then there are some within those ranks...
Whose actions stand above them all.
Those who give their lives in service of that protection.
Sacrifice.
It is both one of the highest value actions that one can take in their lives...
And one of the most difficult...
Both for the individual who sacrifices their life for the greatest good...
And those who are left behind.
In the States, today is Memorial Day, where we remember those who made this sacrifice.
We remember the value of those who paid the ultimate price.
May we all keep in mind...
What is sacrificed...
So that we may have the freedoms we have.
