The Two Types Of Internal Bondage Holding You Back
Why Failing To Understand These Prevents Most People From Achieving Their Dreams... And More From Keeping Them
98% of people die and never attain their dreams.
But what is discussed less often...
Is that within that 2%...
There are many more people who attain their dreams...
Then lose them all...
Before dying.
So it is a very rare few individuals who both obtain their dreams and then keep them.
Now, for some individuals, there may be legitimate external factors at play...
But for a growing majority...
It is not the external factors that prevent people from attaining their dreams...
But rather it is two types of internal bondage that keep people in chains...
Preventing most from attaining their dreams...
And pulling more back into the abyss after having a taste of success.
Here is what you need to understand...
As long as “one” of these two forms of internal bondage has you...
You will struggle to attain your dreams.
And if you make it while still bound by “one” of these...
It will likely pull you back before you truly enjoy the dream.
It only takes one to ruin everything...
And that is a large part of why most people struggle.
Even if they break free of one...
The other remains...
And as long as one remains...
There is a high likelihood that the former will come back and bind you again.
This is a part of what so many people miss...
They believe that simply understanding and escaping once is the solution and makes them immune the being bound again...
Which is wrong.
Far more often...
Is that the binding takes another form without us realizing it...
Until it becomes too late.
So, what are the two types of internal bondage?
The first is Psyche Bondage.
As humans, we have a Psyche that is filled with different Identities, Masks, Shadows, Societal Expectations, Values, Beliefs, and more.
These have a gigantic influence on shaping how we approach life.
What we believe we are...
What we believe we could never become...
What we hold as valuable...
What we fail to live as in our lives...
What those we care about think of us...
All of these have sway in how we decide to live.
For many people...
They are unaware of all of these different expressions within the Psyche...
And the result is that many of the parts of the Psyche that they hold...
Become chains.
The expectations of our parents that we never wanted to become...
The stories we tell ourselves about what is or is not possible because of who we believe ourselves to be...
The aspects of our lives that determine whether we are or are not allowed to do something...
The communities that we live within that constantly tell us of oppressors who will never allow us to become more...
Most of these and more create a false barrier and internal limitation that we allow to remain...
Psyche Bondage...
Often made of nothing more than paper and straw men that do not exist in reality.
Yet, keeps us Bound for most of our lives.
There is a growing movement of people in the different Mindset Movements who have come to understand this form of Bondage...
And have methods and techniques for helping people break from these forms of Bondage.
But...
The problem is that nearly every Mindset Movement falls into the Brain Trap...
Thinking that “everything” is the Brain.
The result is that, for most people...
They are able to change their mindset...
But still end up stuck...
Because the Brain does “not” run everything when it comes to psychophysiology...
And they remain in the second form of Internal Bondage.
This prevents them from attaining their dreams...
Despite having broken from the Psyche Bondage...
Causing them to second-guess themselves and/or develop new forms of Psyche Bondage.
So, what is the second limitation that we face as humans?
Physiological Bondage.
This one is where most people fail to break free in their lives, and is quite varied.
There are factors, including Digestion, Nutrition, Memory Capsules and Trauma Capsules stored in the Nervous System, Low HRV and HRV Coherence, Mitochondrial Damage, Cellular Breakdown, Toxin Loads, and More.
What happens for so many people...
Is that these Physiological Bondages will exist, and slowly build up over time...
Which creates two problems.
It raises our Baseline Stressors, or how many Stressors we are carrying constantly...
While simultaneously lowering our Stress Threshold, or how many total Stressors we can handle before entering into Dis-Stress, Fight-or-Flight Sympathetic Activation, and/or Dorsal Vagal Shutdown.
This dual problem can reach a point...
Where our Baseline Stressors exceed our Stress Threshold...
Which means we are in perpetual states of Dis-Stress.
There are many results that occur here, including...
Trouble sleeping...
Trouble Digesting...
Immune System Suppression...
Brain Fog...
Burnout...
Lowered IQ and EQ...
Slower Problem-Solving Capabilities...
Decreased Creativity...
Depression and Anxiety...
The list goes on and on.
It is also this list that explains why it can become so difficult to attain our dreams.
Few people are taught “how” to handle these challenges...
How to clear the Nervous System...
How to improve our HRV...
How to repair Mitochondrial Function...
How to understand the Gut Microbiome...
And more...
And fewer have any understanding of which of these problems need to be handled first and to what extent before progress can be made.
Not to mention the vast amount of misinformation and confusion that exists within most of these topics.
The result...
Is that most people become Physiologically Bound...
Which makes them question themselves...
Further causing them to become Bound again in their Psyche.
So, even if they “did” attain their dreams through breaking their Psyche Bondage alone...
Over time, the Physiological Bondages grow...
And cause them to regain their Psyche Bondages...
With the final result of losing their dreams.
When you begin to understand this...
It becomes simple to understand how 98% of people never attain their dreams...
And more will lose their dreams before dying.
The only way to both attain “and” keep your dreams...
Is to break free from both types of Internal Bondage.
