The Secret To Faster Growth

What Seems Counterintuitive Is Necessary

So many people say that they want success.

To get success though...

You need to grow.

Whether that means you need to grow your skills to stand out in a crowded marketplace...

Grow your team to handle more and larger challenges...

Or grow your revenue and income...

There is some sort of growth that is needed to have that success.

Which brings us to the question of “how”...

How do we grow faster?

I watch so many individuals who are desperate...

But going about everything absolutely and completely wrong.

How do I know?

Psychophysiology.

As humans...

We have certain ways that we work...

And ways we do not work.

Most people who I see who are desperate for their growth do everything that does not work.

What is it that they do?

They push themselves non-stop.

This is the classes “hustle” mentality.

Push harder...

Then push harder...

Do not do 40 hours of work a week...

Start doing 300 hours of work a week...

Don’t sleep...

Avoiding eating...

Lock yourself in a room and push through every instinct that you have until you have a masterpiece.

How does this end?

In tragedy.

The vast majority of people who operate like this Fail...

With their “masterpiece” being deemed useless by most...

And the few who feel it could be of value, fail to see how “this” version of it is what they really need.

Ultimately, for most of these individuals...

The result is that they end up quitting on their pursuits.

There is a reason why 98% of people “never” attain their dreams.

This mentality leads to the results of Dis-Stress...

And more and more frequently...

Burnout.

In Burnout, the Psychophysiological reality is that we operate at 5% of our Productivity Potential or less...

Often ending up in Negative Productivity due to the levels of errors and struggles to solve problems that are the norm in Burnout.

Compare this to our Psychophysiological best, which is in Flow States, where we can attain 100% of our current Productivity Potential.

How does this play out?

Well, let’s say that the person in Burnout is putting in 100 hour weeks...

The Person in Flow States could work 5 hours a day...

For only 5 days in the week...

And finish 5 times as much as the person in burnout...

With fewer mistakes and stressors.

That is how this plays out.

Over a month, the person in Burnout puts in 400 hours...

The person in Flow puts in 100 hours...

And completes 20 times as much.

Now, if we kept these numbers the same for the sake of argument and applied them to Group Burnout...

Which technically is not accurate because results in group burnout become exponentially worse, but for ease...

This means that you would need to pay 20 individuals in Burnout to match the “one” person in Flow States.

But we are not accounting for...

Group Meetings which are known to destroy productivity...

Multiple mistakes which will impact multiple people in different ways...

Workplaces in Group Burnout become Toxic...

Which often creates extreme levels of Employee Turnaround and horrible levels of Retention...

Plus people in Burnout are far more likely to have sicknesses, chronic sicknesses, needs to see their doctors, and will be expecting their workplace to provide some form of insurance which will likely be extremely expensive...

What do you believe that the result will be?

The “one” person in Flow will be getting better results, faster, with fewer costs...

That can then be utilized to hire other high achievers...

Who gain exponentially better results because that is how Group Flow works...

Leaving their other group completely behind.

What is one of the major keys that differentiates between the person in Flow and the person in Burnout?

Recovery.

Not Talent...

Not Time...

Not Resources...

But who is Recovering the Best, and showing up every day at their Psychophysiological Best.

Flow states are where we are most Productive...

Learn the fastest...

Are the most creative...

Design Exponential Innovations that redefine industries...

While also feeling our best.

But...

Flow states are “only” possible with proper Recovery.

You do not need to push harder...

You need to stop and properly Recover.

This is the factor that completely differentiates the Future.

Throughout History...

We have always seen...

Stronger...

Faster...

More Talented...

Better Equipped...

And Better Resourced...

Individuals, Teams, Businesses, Armies and Cultures...

All lose to those who Operated from a better Psychophysiology.

Tools and Resources and Talent are all good...

But “only” if they are utilized by people who are operating at their Psychophysiological Best...

Which only happens with the proper Recovery.

It may “sound” counterintuitive to say that you need to stop and slow down for faster Growth...

Yet, when you actually understand Human Psychophysiology...

Deeply and truly...

You discover that it is the “only” way to faster growth.

What so many people fail to realize...

Is that productivity is not how much you work...

But how much you accomplish in the amount of time you work.

So many leaders look at total hours work and falsely believe that means “more productivity”...

But it doesn’t...

In the above example...

The team in Group Burnout had 8,000 man hours in that one month...

Versus the single individual in Flow who had 100 man hours in that one month...

But both attained the same results...

Except the results were not really the same...

Because of all the extra costs that the team in Group Burnout would have to experience...

Including the 4,800 hours of overtime that would be required by law to pay out.

In this scenario, the single individual in Flow had significantly better productivity...

Because productivity is not “how much” of something you do...

But how much you actually “do” in any given period of time...

And Humans operate and grow faster in every respect...

When they are in Flow States.

If you are serious about wanting to Grow into the Success you desire...

You need to make sure that you Properly Recover.
