The Revolution Of Life

My Birthday Wish For You

I have completed another Revolution around the Sun...

Or in other words...

Another Year Older.

Now, by No Means am I "Old"...

I am only 25.6% of the way to my Goal Age of 125 Years Old...

God-Willing.

But there is Something that has Really Struck Me over this Last Year...

There have been a Number of People that I have Spoken with who are Surprised when I Tell them My Age...

Usually, we will be having a Conversation for some time...

We touch on an Aspect of Psychophysiology where I Break it Down or are talking about some Accomplishment that I've Attained...

Like discussing the Interdynamics Between our Neurocardiology, Neurogastroenterology, and Nervous System...

Or how I'm a Hall of Fame Leadership Coach with over 100 Awards and Nominations for My Work...

Or the Over 900 Articles that I have Written on Sageship, Leadership, Business, Psychophysiology, and Related Topics...

Then, they are Struck with the Question...

"How Old Are You?"

Every time I say my Age...

They seem Surprised.

I Appear to be Far Younger than what Most Expect...

Considering the Number of Career Developments and Changes that I've Had...

The Degrees and Certifications that I've Obtained...

The Results I've Helped Clients Achieve...

People seem to Believe it is Strange How So Much can be Accomplished in a Relatively Short Period of Time.

Which Brings me to the Word Going Through My Mind Today...

Revolution.

It has a couple different definitions which I think have Importance for Today...

The first is, "The Orbiting of One Heavenly Body around Another", which is what happens over a Year of Time.

There is also, "A Sudden, Complete or Marked Change in Something."

Every Single Year...

The Movements of the Solar System Complete So Many Astronomical Changes...

And there is a Phrase that Goes Through My Mind about this...

"As Above, So Below."

This Means that What Occurs on a Macro Scale can Happen in a Micro Scale.

And If We Move into the Micro Scale, such as into our Gut Microbiota, We See Entire Ecosystems Built, Changed, and Destroyed Constantly...

A Different Form of Astornomical Changes happening at a Different Scale.

Yet...

So Many of Us, as Humans, Do Not "Believe" that Sudden, Complete, Marked or Astronomical Changes can Occur in Our Lives?

What I Know is This...

I am Not an "Out of the Ordinary" Human Being.

I am Equally Flawed...

Equally Imperfect...

Face Challenges and Setbacks Constantly...

I am a Regular Human Being just like Anyone Else...

The Only Difference that I See is that I Believe that Sudden, Complete, Marked, and Astronomical Change is Possible.

Yes, I Have Experienced It...

And I Have Helped Others Achieve It...

And I Have Seen Others Do the Same.

We Can All Access Revolutionary Change within Our Lives...

In a Relatively Short Period of Time.

I Watch So Many Individuals "Hold Back" because They Do Not Believe...

They Worry...

They Fear...

What Will Happen "If" Things Change.

"As Above, So Below".

It is Not a Question of "If" Things Change...

Change Happens...

Period.

Revolutionary Change Occurs Around Us Constantly.

We are Not "Immune" or "Separate" from that Change...

We Must Simply "Accept" Reality and Grasp that Revolutionary Change in Our Lives...

It is Already Happening.

So, on My Birthday Today...

This is My Wish for You...

Embrace that Revolutionary Change that is Around You.

Be a Part of that Change.

If You have Been Considering New Growth and Paths in Your Life...

Begin.

Start.

Grow.

Change.

You Do Not Need to Know All the Steps...

I Know for a Fact that there are So Many Variables that You'll Never Know About Until You are Directly Face-to-Face with Them...

So Just Get Started.

You Never Know What You are Capable Of...

We, as Humans, are Capable of So Much More than We Realize...
