The Path Of Healing

A Key Insight That Will Help You See The Path More Clearly

There are different types of pains that people are struggling with in today’s world.

There are physical pains...

Psychological afflictions...

Chronic illness...

Spiritual distress...

Emotional aches.

All of these and more are occurring all around us and in so many different ways...

Many of which most are completely oblivious to.

As we are experiencing these different struggles and pains...

We are also seeking healing.

But it is so difficult to find that healing...

Because there are so many people who...

Sadly...

Are willing to use and abuse these desires for healing...

For their own gain.

I know because I have experienced it...

And I know you have too.

It begs the question...

How is it that we are to find the path of healing...

When so many things are set up against us?

As I have come to study different aspects of psychophysiology over the years...

There is one thing that has become abundantly clear as an answer to this question.

The truth path of healing...

Comes with true peace.

Where so many go wrong...

Including how I myself have gone wrong so many times in my life...

Is that we allow fear and stress to direct our lives.

That, however, is the problem...

Healing cannot, and does not, happen under fear and stress...

In fact, fear and stress actually accumulate within us and literally create more pains and struggles in our lives.

That is not meant to be a touchy-feely woo-woo form of nonsense.

Literally, fear and stress directly cause more pain and struggles in our lives.

At a very basic level, fear and stress put our nervous system into a sympathetic state...

Which causes our bodies to consume more energy (Mg-ATP).

This creates Oxidative Stress, often called Stress Damage.

If we are unable to pull ourselves out of fear and struggle...

This Oxidative Stress will literally build up in our bodies...

And cause literal damage to wherever it accumulates.

But further than this...

Fear and stress also release certain neurochemicals that make us feel certain ways...

And fail to release other neurochemicals that make us feel other ways.

This often becomes the basis for different mental health struggles that we feel...

Which can become a vicious cycle that compounds the fear and stress.

If all of this continues to happen...

We can look back to the Nervous System, where parts of memories called “Aspects” become literally stored within the Neurons of the Nervous System.

These become Memory Capsules that can immediately initiate our sympathetic response...

Over time, building up these memories can turn them into Trauma Capsules.

Now, what is interesting about Trauma Capsules is that we experience them as pain...

But there is nothing physically present in the traditional sense that causes the pain.

What does this mean?

Many western doctors hear patients say they “have” pain...

But are unable to diagnose it, determine what is causing it, or prescribe anything to help the pain...

Because the pain is not physical in that sense...

Despite it “feeling” like it is physical pain.

It is estimated that potentially up to 80% of pain has some Trauma Capsule component to it...

Which can explain why so many people struggle to get rid of their physical pains.

Then, if we look into spiritual pains...

Like Meaning...

Purpose...

Hopelessness...

Fear and stress are often at the center of them...

Because the paths that many people walk are filled with fear and stress...

Of whether they are worthy...

Whether there is any purpose to their life...

Whether their suffering will ever be eased...

And their paths often cause more fear and stress.

But this is what I know...

No matter what sort of pains or struggles you are experiencing...

If you are experiencing fear and stress...

Then there is a high likelihood that you will not be healed.

The path of healing does not happen in fear and stress...

And often the potential paths that claim to heal but cause you fear and stress...

Are the paths that will cause you further and further harm.

So if you truly want healing in your life...

Pay attention to whether the paths you are choosing...

Cause you fear and stress...

Or bring you peace and calm.

So what all should we pay attention to for healing?

I have 5 Areas that are important.

But this is what is important…

As you pursue these different paths…

They should reduce your fear and stressors.

If they cause you more fear and stress…

Either you are working with the wrong people…

Find the specific areas that you are struggling with instead of guessing…

Or you need to move more slowly.

Sometimes, in the desire to heal, people cause themselves undue stress by trying to change too many things at the same time.

Healthy healing sometimes takes time…

And sometimes you need to focus on certain aspects due to specific challenges.

Figure out where to start so that you can get the healing you seek.
