The Lack Of Motivation

The Battle Of The Mind And How I Move Forward

Here’s the truth...

I do not want to write right now.

There are many days when I get in front of my computer to write...

And I do not want to.

Even though I have written every single day...

For over 1,060 days in a row...

I still have these days.

No matter how long you have done something...

No matter how much you love doing something...

No matter how good you are at doing something...

You will have days like this.

Lacking any...

And perhaps all...

Motivation.

If you are experiencing this...

First know that you are absolutely not alone in struggling with motivation.

It is not a “you” challenge...

It is a “human” challenge...

And this simply means that you are still human.

Welcome.

We’ve been waiting for you.

Now that we have that out of the way...

The question is what can we do when we lack motivation?

This is what we need to understand...

Motivation is a battle of the mind...

It has to do with our brains and how they function.

But here is the interesting thing...

Our brains are not the only factor in determining our ability to move forward.

If you are relying on motivation and mindset to make progress...

You will fail.

Why?

Because you are falling into the Brain Trap...

The belief that the Brain is the sole determiner of our ability to succeed.

Instead, you need to understand that there are Four Cognition Systems in our bodies...

And the brain is only one of four systems.

When a majority of these become aligned...

They can pull the other Cognition Systems into alignment.

When you begin to understand this...

You also begin to understand that you do not need to rely on motivation and mindset to make progress...

You just need enough of your Cognition Systems to be aligned to get “started”...

Which then will align your brain and mindset to reach the goals that you have.

When the systems become aligned, it is called a Wayset.

When I began to look at the page to write...

I had no Motivation.

So, I did not rely on Motivation to get started.

In particular...

I relied on Memory Capsules, created through habits, in the Nervous System...

Mixed with Optimized Energy (Mg-ATP) Pathways which are favored by our Neurogastroenterology due to lowered Energy (Mg-ATP) utilization.

When these became aligned...

It brought the other two Cognition Systems, including the brain, into alignment.

Because I began my Wayset strong...

I was able to move forward...

Despite the fact that I had no motivation to write.

The problem that most people have is that they have their Battle of the Mind...

Struggling with their mindset and motivation...

Yet they are unaware of their other Cognition Systems...

Which usually means that they are all pointed in different directions.

The result...

Is that most of the time they lose the Battle of the Mind...

Because the rest of their Wayset is off.

However...

When you understand the Brain Trap...

And do not solely rely on your Brain...

When the Battle of the Mind begins...

You can call in reinforcements from your other Cognition Systems...

Determine your Wayset...

And win the Battle of the Mind.

You cannot rely on motivation and mindset for success in life.

You need to have a full grasp of your Wayset to drive you forward.
