The Challenge Of Our Emotions

Understanding That Emotional Regulation And Emotional Intelligence Are A Larger Issue Than We Realize

I was Sitting in a Waiting Room Recently...

There was a Young Mother and her Daughter.

They were at this Office to Seek some Help from one of the Professionals that Worked there.

The Young Girl was Crying...

Struggling with the Emotions she was Having...

The Mom, Patient, but there was a Sense of Worry Coming from Her...

Hoping...

Waiting...

Wondering...

If Her Little Girl would be able to Make it Through the Session.

It Broke My Heart to See.

We are Living in a World Where We Struggle with Our Emotions.

I Saw it with this Mother and Daughter, but it is Happening Everywhere.

I See it in Offices...

I See it in Religions...

I See it in Politics...

I See it Plastered Everywhere on Social Media.

It Seems like Everyone, Everywhere, All the Time, is Struggling with their Emotions.

This is Not a Perception Though...

It is a Psychophysiological Reality that More and More People are Struggling With.

With How Our World is Designed Today...

There are So Many Factors that are Actually “Directly” and “Negatively” Impacting Our Ability to Regulate Our Emotions.

See, when We Look at Psychophysiology...

There are Certain Realities that We have to Understand...

Certain Nutrients that are Needed to Produce Different Neurochemicals that Help Regulate Our Emotions...

Certain Processes that, When Damaged, can Directly Interfere with Our Brain’s Ability to Process and Understand the Emotions We are Experiencing...

Certain Aspects of Our Environments that can Gridlock Us into Experiencing the Same Emotions Continually...

Even Certain Emotional Addictions that are Created which can Trap Us in Patterns that Make Emotional Regulation More and More Difficult.

Just Saying that “People Need to Change” is Not Really Helpful...

Because there are Many Factors that May “Actively” be Preventing Our Bodies from Being Able to Change.

This is Beyond a Mindset Problem...

It is an Entire Psychophysiological Chain of Problems that are All Interconnected in Twisted Ways.

If the devil himself wanted to Destroy Our Ability to Positively Change the World, he Could Not have Created a Better Web of Seemingly “Insignificant” Factors that Combined to Create the Hell that So Many are Living.

We are So Quick to Think that if We Just Did “One” Thing...

That Everything Would Get Better.

But that is Not Possible in Today’s World.

Due to the Plethora of Factors at Play...

We Must Look at “Many” Factors...

And Be Successful at Changing, Fixing, Optimizing, and Controlling Them to Our Benefit...

Instead of Allowing Ourselves to Continue to Be Destroyed by a Hundred Cuts.

It is Not Easy...

Especially When So Many People...

Are Unaware...

Are Lied To...

Are Misunderstanding...

All of the Information that is Out There.

Or When it Feels like So Much is Outside of Our Control...

And Those We are Supposed to Be Able to Trust...

Are Actively Working Against Us for their Own Selfish Benefits.

The World is a Twisted Place Right Now...

Which, in many ways, is Designed to Make Things Worse and More Difficult for Us.

I am Constantly Finding Myself in Disbelief and Horror at How We have Fallen to this Level...

And...

I Know that We Cannot Give Up...

We Cannot Afford to Quit...

We Must Continue to Work...

And Stand Up...

And Move Forward...

If We Want to See a Better Future.

I will Not Quit in My Journey for Truth.

I See So Many Individuals...

Who are Struggling...

Like this Young Mother and Her Daughter.

If We are Not Diligent...

We Will Continue to See the State of People’s Lives Continue to Get Worse.

I Will Stand To Change That.

Psychophysiological Freedom

For Paid Subscribers

In My Work, I talk about How both Emotional Intelligence (EQ/EI) and IQ are Directly Impacted and Limited by Our Vitality Quotient (VQ).

When Our VQ is Low…

Our Body will Move into a Survival Mode…

Which Deeply Limits what We Can “Do” from an EQ/IQ Perspective.

Change Becomes Impossible…

Thinking Clearly Becomes Impossible…

Regulating Our Emotions Effectively Becomes Impossible.

The Worse Our VQ, the Worse Everything Else Becomes.

So, We Need to Become Serious about Improving Our VQ so that Our Psychophysiology “Can” Function to Our Potential.

There are Six Important Areas to Begin with for VQ that We’ll Discuss.

Let’s Dive In…
