Written by a human, for humans, always.
AI is being hailed as one of the greatest inventions, perhaps of all time.
You can be the judge of that.
I have my own reservations personally.
It is an impressive tool.
It has good use cases.
However...
What I see is most people attempting to use a tool in ways that become self-defeating.
An “AI Trap” if you will.
What is the trap?
Many people have started to use AI to do work for them...
To various levels of success.
Here is the trap though...
Is the AI doing the thinking...
Or you?
See...
The vast majority of people...
Have actually begun to remove themselves from the process of thinking.
They have an idea.
Put the idea into an AI platform to expand on it.
Use an AI platform to draft out the material.
Use an AI platform to create and publish the material in whatever forms the desire.
Then that is it.
The problem here...
Is that AI is doing “all” of the work of thinking.
As humans, we are always doing one of two things...
Either growing...
Or decaying.
What happens...
When we stop thinking?
We are already seeing it in the AI research.
Our ability to think actually decays...
Trackable in loses of IQ.
Now...
What does this do when it comes to success in our lives?
When you have AI do all of the thinking...
You do not actually know “why” or “how” the AI ends up doing what it does.
This becomes incredibly noticeable when you ask someone about their work...
What it means...
How they came to their conclusions...
What other options or evidence were considered and why they were not chosen...
All of this and more becomes very revealing.
Because the person who truly thinks...
Begins to embody what they are thinking about.
The person who does not think...
Is not capable of expressing the thoughts and ideas...
Because they did not have them.
Those thoughts and ideas never actually went through their head...
So, in reality...
They have no true concept or capability of embodying those ideas.
In fact...
Because they used AI to do all of the thinking for them...
Their abilities and capacities within that domain have likely deteriorated...
To a very noticeable point upon inspection.
This is what will truly become a significant determiner of success going into the future.
Those who succeed at the highest levels...
Will be the ones who actually think and understand their work at high levels...
Often being consumed with their work completely and deeply.
Those who allow AI to think for them...
Will either be relegated to serve the needs of people and organizations that are doing deep thinking...
Or...
They will be forced to live within a specific sphere that allows them to work...
Without requiring them to actually demonstrate their competence live...
To real people.
Why?
As soon as they are required to demonstrate their competence...
Their lack of embodiment will become apparent to everyone...
And they will be seen as frauds.
See...
To succeed at the absolute highest of levels...
You need to be able to be in front of others...
Discussing those ideas...
Having them challenged live...
Being able to defend them...
Answering objections and confusions with clarity so that others begin to understand.
But the only way to do this...
Is to deeply be a master of your material...
To be constantly thinking about it...
To be living it.
AI cannot make you a master or Sage of your work.
Only you can do that by fully immersing yourself within it.
