How The Cult Of The C-Suite Is Deceiving Investors And Employees With False AI Claims

It seems like AI is taking over the world.

It is spreading in companies...

$30 to $40 Billion spent on AI initiatives...

Unlocking untold levels of productivity...

And is so impactful that it is leading to extreme layoffs.

How many?

180,000 in tech over 2025 so far...

Due to advances in AI.

Except...

It’s “all” a lie.

Completely.

Not even a hint of truth to the claims.

What we are experiencing is the classic “Cult of the C-Suite”...

Making excuses for their mistakes...

And trying to make it seem like their mistakes are “progress”...

While justifying making short-term gains which completely compromise the long-term health of the organization...

All to “look” good to investors.

Here’s the reality...

The C-Suite in most organizations are morons.

I said it.

And they further believe that everyone else are “more” moronic than them...

Which causes them to lie, cheat, and swindle both investors and employees...

All in efforts to maintain the appearance of brilliance...

And to feed the Cult that puts them on a pedestal and worships their “brilliance”...

While hiding the reality that their decisions have been destroying the organization internally for years...

All with predictable outcomes.

And these “AI Layoffs” are proof of it.

How can we say this?

Because an MIT Study just revealed that despite companies having spent...

$30 to $40 “Billion” on AI Initiatives...

95% of those companies saw “no” measurable impact on profits.

That is right...

“No” measurable impact.

Nearly every single AI Initiative could be described in one word...

Useless.

And the remaining are not remotely useful enough to justify the excessively large investment in a radically new and unresearched technology that has not delivered on the vast majority of its claims.

AI has not demonstrated anything relatively close to human intelligence...

AI research has not become exponentially impactful despite the extreme costs involved...

It has not led to any meaningful innovations or creations without “extreme” human shaping...

Which means that it is really just the humans who are making innovations and creations themselves with AI as a “tool” that “might” make very “specific” activities occur faster...

But even then, the vast majority of the time AI has proven to make humans “less” effective in every meaning of the word.

Does AI have uses?

Sure.

But they are not remotely close to the hype...

And certainly are nowhere near being a viable technology for truly replacing humans.

Here is the problem though...

C-Suite Executives cannot “admit” that...

Because to do so would be to break the faux-deific image of the C-Suite Cult that they have been utilizing to justify everything that they do.

When the image of a false idol is broken...

People stop worshipping it.

And the C-Suite in the majority of organizations, especially tech, have been making extremely brainless decisions when it comes to their workforce...

Since before Covid...

Especially when you understand Human Psychophysiology.

When you actually understand how Humans function...

We could easily predict the failures that would eventually happen...

Caused by the decisions of C-Suite Executives.

Amazon is a... prime... example of that.

I explained the C-Suite decisions that inevitably led to the “Great AWS Outage” that recently occurred.

Plus, we are not nearly at the end of the problems that these companies are experiencing.

For years, the decisions of C-Suite Executives have literally created horribly toxic work environments...

Diseased with Group Burnout...

That have utterly failed to create or innovate anything of “real” human value.

These mass layoffs are a consequence of C-Suite Executive failures...

As are “all” mass layoffs...

Who have absolutely failed to lead their organizations.

The “only” thing that has prevented most people from realizing this...

Is the Cult of the C-Suite...

The lack of understanding of Category Design Economics...

And the economy generally increasing over time...

Factors that have allowed C-Suite Executives to hide their failures.

These layoffs are no different...

Except for one factor which makes it “more” insidious in my opinion...

The C-Suite Cult is utilizing people’s lack of knowledge around AI as a way to make it “appear” that they are doing something “innovative” and “visionary”...

When the reality is that it is all a lie to put on a show to deceive both investors and employees about the years of absolute failures of the C-Suite.

There is absolutely “no” validity to the claims that AI is successfully replacing employees at any meaningful level...

$30 to $40 Billion has been wasted on theoretical nonsense that had no verified applications in reality...

And still fail to provide “any” return-on-investment at “all”...

Which is why, behind the curtain of the Cult of the CEO...

Just like the lies of the “Great and Powerful Wizard of Oz”...

C-Suite executives are actually “decreasing” their investments and utilizations of AI...

Because they have utterly “failed” to use it in “any” effective manner.

But...

The years of damage are taking a toll...

And the C-Suite will lose their Cult if they are discovered...

So they are using an easy scapegoat to lie to everyone...

Which makes them “sound” better on paper...

But in reality is an absolutely illogical and venomous lie...

That it is “AI” that is causing all these job losses.

The Truth is that C-Suite executives have been making terrible decisions based on Psychophysiology for years...

Have been riding on the laurels of Category Design Economics and a general rise in the economy...

And have been lying and deceiving everyone they are able, by utilizing the C-Suite Brilliance Myth, which has led to the Cult of the C-Suite...

While simultaneously destroying the health of their organizations...

Decimating innovation and creativity...

And punishing employees for their misdeeds...

While simultaneously putting every shareholder and investor dollar at extreme risk.

It is time to remove the curtain and reveal the con artists that have filled the ranks of C-Suite Executives.
