My Largest Problem With Many Health Practitioners Today

Not The Industry (Despite Its Many Problems)

If you look at the world today...

We are having a substantial number of Health Crises.

There are rising levels of both Chronic Diseases and Mental Health Crises.

And trust me...

I am extremely critical of the Health Industry as an Establishment...

Especially how, in many cases, the Establishment pursues profit at the “expense” of patients.

That is sickening to me.

However, overall, I believe that many of the individuals who are working in Health are genuinely good people...

Or at least are trying to be.

A large challenge for most of them is the establishment itself...

Often preventing them...

Or hiding from them...

Pathways to actually help them help their patients...

And legally forcing them into a position that requires them to break their Hippocratic Oath...

Like I said, sickening.

With all of this being said...

There is one type of Health Practitioner whom I do have a problem with.

That is the Health Practitioner who is a Sycophant to their patients.

This is what irritates me...

In most Health Professions, you are supposed to train so that you can help people heal and overcome the Health challenges that they face.

The Health Professional is “supposed” to be an expert in what patients need.

The reality is that sometimes what a patient may ask for...

May not be in their best interest.

In some cases, what the patient asks for...

May end up doing far more harm to them...

Especially in the long term.

But...

There are a number of Health Practitioners...

Not all, but enough to anger me...

Who take an approach of “providing whatever the patient believes they need.”

This is Sycophantic behavior at its worst...

And the result is that there are individuals who need “real” help with their health problems...

Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual...

Who are going to an “expert” who claims to “help”...

But is allowing the patient to dictate what “help” means...

In uninformed ways...

Which can, and is, leading to all sorts of horrible problems for people.

And instead of the Health Practitioner “helping” their patients...

They instead created an emotional, and sometimes physical, addiction for their patients, which they “profit” from...

Because the clients’ lack of understanding of the consequences of the “help” causes “more” problems for them...

Which the Health Practitioner is then able to take advantage of for their own gain.

These individuals are Wolves in Sheep’s Clothing...

Feeding off the misery and pain of individuals who “need” real help.

But instead...

They allow their victims...

I mean “patients”...

Free rein to hurt themselves...

Medically assisted...

So that they can profit from the pain of the patient...

While making the patient “feel” like their choices are indeed “good” for them.

This is horribly irresponsible and abhorrent behavior from individuals who “should” know better.

It is worse still because I know that there are some of these types of practitioners...

Who will use marketing tactics...

That are designed to purposefully skew data...

To make their “services” appear to be “good” to those who are vulnerable to not understanding how these methods work...

Which attracts more vulnerable individuals to these practitioners.

I have watched once healthy and good individuals...

Become horribly harmed by practitioners like this...

Turning those individuals into a shell of who they used to be.

What I know is...

There will come a day when these types of practitioners will pay recompense for their actions.

Sadly, I also know that it will take time for people to become wise to these problems...

And these types of practitioners will continue to harm others in the meantime.

Be wary of any health practitioner who seems to be sycophantic...

They are not helping you...

They are not your friend.

Psychophysiological Freedom

There are two things that you can do to protect yourself.

First, you have to accept that you are human…

Which means that sometimes, what is best for you is “not” what you believe is good for you.

I have watched “many” people get things they thought they wanted, “only” for it to destroy their lives completely.

As a whole, we are really bad at determining what we actually need in our lives.

Second, sometimes the best thing for us is to have people who will say no.

People who actually want what is best for us will take a stand against us when they truly believe that certain paths will hurt us.

That is something that you want in a good health practitioner.

For today, I’m going to give you a couple of questions to consider…

So that you can determine if a health practitioner is actually seeking your best interests…

Or if they are sycophants who will allow you to go down roads to your peril and their gain.
