Day 800 Of Writing And Publishing Sageship And Leadership Articles Daily

The Latest Thoughts And Lessons On The Path To 1,000 Days

Today, I have hit another Milestone...

800 Days of Writing and Publishing Articles Daily.

Every Day.

Rain, Snow, or Shine.

Holidays and Weekends.

Even When Sick.

The Good On The Journey

I've been writing Lessons at Different Milestones along this Journey.

I wrote different thoughts at...

  • 500 Days Straight

  • 600 Days Straight

  • 700 Days Straight

  • 2 Years Straight

Now, within many of those, I have had a very uplifting tone.

For Good Reason.

I've had some Incredible things happen on the Journey, and those Experiences continue to Build and Grow.

Truly, I have become a Different and Better Person as I've been on this Path.

But over the last 100 Days, there has been something different...

The Recent Challenge I’ve Been Facing

Increasingly, there have been More Days where I had No Ideas.

Sitting Down to Write has been Incredibly Difficult.

Have I Accomplished It?

Absolutely.

I have Hit Publish Every Day.

I have also still had Many Articles that were Awarded, which means I am still Writing Articles that are Impacting Others.

It has gotten to a point where I need to keep an Archive of Awarded Articles because the list continues to Grow.

Those Articles are also only a Portion of the over 100+ Awards and Nominations I have Received Since this Writing Journey Began.

With this, I have Written "Significantly" More Each Day, as I have been Growing my Paid Newsletter.

I've Nearly Written Twice as Much as I Dive More Deeply into the Psychophysiology of Sageship.

So, perhaps it is not fair to say that I have "No" Ideas...

But my Ability to Sit and Write with Ease has Disappeared.

At one point in this Journey, I thought I would Never Have a Desire to Quit Writing.

These past 100 Days have Tested That Deeply.

I have been Reminded and Humbled by the Challenges of the Writing Path.

The Odd Psychophysiology Of Mental Freedom In Flow States

What is Interesting About this is that My Head has Felt More Clear than at Any Other Point in my Life.

Outside of Writing, I have had a Mind that Feels Free.

It is Strange how there is this Aspect of "Freeing" Your Mind by Writing...

But what happens when it has becomes "So" Free with Deep Consistency?

That is the Struggle I have Now.

If you Understand Flow States, this is Not Necessarily Surprising.

To Hit Flow, You "Need" to Reach a Specific Level of Struggle.

Simultaneously, our Mental Struggles tend to be our Most Stressful Struggles that become Multiplied the Longer they Stay In Our Head.

So, if you Train your Writing Flow States at a Certain Level of High Struggle, while Radically Eliminating your Largest Mental Struggles by Writing...

The Gap of the "Struggle Phase" to get "To" Flow States Increases.

Other Places We See The Struggle Gap

We see the Same type of "Struggle Gap" Form with Extreme Athletes who need to "Go Further" to get the Same Type of Flow State.

If you have Never Seen the Documentary "Free Solo" with Alex Honnold, you should definitely watch it to Understand "Exactly" How Extreme some people are Willing to Go to Attain their Flow States.

However, there is an Obvious Difference that My Life is Not Literally on the Line with Writing, which is perhaps a Blessing.

The ANS-wer Leaders Are Looking For

Alongside this, I have been doing More Nervous System Work, both Personally and as a Part of Two Certifications I've been pursuing.

That work has "Also" helped me Significantly Drop Stressors, and I have watched my HRV Jump Higher as a Result.

If you are Unaware, HRV is a Strong Measure of Overall Health.

I Truly Believe that the Nervous System is the "Most Needed" and "Least Understood" aspect of Psychophysiological Training that Leaders "Need".

Which is Why I'm Preparing to Launch some Nervous System Work into different Aspects of my Business as a Part of Improving the Sageship Journey for Clients...

If Nervous System Work is of Interest to You, and you want to be at the Leading Edge of this Revolutionary Aspect of the Sageship Journey...

Just Email Me and I "May" have an Extra-Secret Early-Bird Offer for You.

Now, getting back into the Struggle Gap...

Understanding The Wayset Difference

What does this Mean for Me?

Simply, I need to Increase My Challenges to Hit Flow States.

Which has been Interesting to Navigate and Try to Figure Out.

Thankfully, I do Not Rely on Motivation or a Mindset to Write Anymore.

I have Designed a Wayset for My Writing.

Which is "How" I Continue to Write, even if I am trying to Navigate how to Better Achieve Flow States with the Increasing Struggle Gap.

I do Not Need my Brain to Immediately "Go", as long as the Rest of my Psychophysiology Knows to "Go" when I Need It To.

My Wayset is Designed to Start.

Then, eventually, the Brain Catches Up.

I Begin the Process of Writing, and then Everything Comes Together.

This is Perhaps One of the Greatest Gifts that I've Learned to Appreciate in the Past 100 Days.

With a Properly Designed Wayset, You can Quickly Close the Struggle Gap to Flow States, even as the Gap Expands Further.

I'm Unsure Where the Next 100 will Take Me, but I am Excited to Overcome the Hurdles that Come.

Are You Ready To Get Exponential Results?

Psychophysiological Mastery

For Paid Subscribers

As I thought about what to Write in this Section Today, I was Reminded of something from my 25+ Years of Martial Arts Training…

In Japanese Martial Arts, this is the Concept of "Mushin No Shin".

Sometimes translated as "No-Mind" or "Mind Without Mind."

This is a Stage that is Beyond Mastery, where Sageship Begins.

In Martial Arts, this is where you begin to Stop Thinking about What You’re Doing and How You Act or React.

You Simply Do It.

So, if you were walking down the Road, and Someone threw a Punch at You…

You Dodge or Block without Conscious Thought.

Then you “Realize” that You’re Being Attacked, but you are Not Thinking about Each Individual Block or Dodge or Attack.

Now, I know what you may be asking…

What does this have to do with Sageship in a Business or Leadership Context?

Well, some people would say that “Mind Without Mind” is the Same as the State of Flow…

But I would Disagree.

Why?

Let’s Dive In…
