But this is Likely a Sign...

That things are About to Go Horribly Wrong.

Nothing in Life is Perfect.

Struggle is an Everyday Occurrence.

You cannot Escape It...

No Matter How Hard You Try.

This is Why when Things Seem to be Going Well...

Without Any Problems Whatsoever...

It Likely Means that Something Potentially Catastrophic is about to Occur.

We Create Systems in Life to Overcome and Troubleshoot the Inevitable Problems We Will Experience.

When these Systems and Troubleshooting Occur Correctly...

We Overcome the Challenges Swiftly...

But...

If You are Not Experiencing or Hearing about Any Problems...

This is a Sign that Your Systems are Broken...

And You're Not Hearing About It.

Silence is an Indicator...

But Not a Positive Indicator.

In So Much of Society, You Hear about how Leaders become "Blindsided" by Problems.

How they Believed that Everything was Running Smoothly...

Until Chaos Broke Out and They were then Forced into Action.

But this is Never How it Actually Occurs.

The Reality is that the System had been Broken for a Long Time...

The Leaders thought that the Silence was an Indicator of Something Positive...

But like a Bacteria that has Infected a Body without Getting Noticed by the Immune System...

The Problem Grows...

And Spreads...

Until it is Out of Control and Begins to Negatively Impact Many Other Areas.

But then it is Too Late...

The Problems have Become Too Large for the Current Systems...

They have Gained Momentum...

Making them More Difficult to Overcome.

A Larger Struggle than it had to Be.

What makes this Even Worse is that Usually...

The Problems We "See" when this Occurs...

Are Not the Root of Where the Problems Began.

So we Watch Leaders Chase the Problems at the Wrong Place...

Wasting Time, Energy, and Resources...

All in the Wrong Place.

As the Root Cause of the Problem Continues to Run Incorrectly...

Without Making Any Sound...

Often Continuing to Cause More Problems in Different Areas.

This often Becomes a Leaders' Greatest Failure...

They Begin Chasing All the "Loud" Problems...

All the Seen Effects...

Dispersing Time, Energy, and Resources on "All" of Them...

But the Efforts are Spread Out Too Thinly...

Meaning that they Attain No Results.

The Leader Feels Blindsided that All of these Problems Seem to have Popped Up Overnight...

But that is Never the Reality.

The Reality is that the Systems had Been Broken for a Long Time...

Causing a Buildup of Problems...

Which Only Get Seen when the Working Systems "Finally" Begin to See the Impact.

In Some Cases Though...

It Becomes Too Late to Solve the Problems...

The Inability to Catch the True Problems Earlier become Too Much for the Organization...

And Something Completely Breaks.

In Some Cases, this is the End of an Organization.

This is What We Must Understand...

A Lack of Problems is Never a Good Sign.

Of Course, it is Always Good to See "Fewer" Problems...

But No Problems?

That Only Exists at the End of Fairytales.

There is No Such Thing as a "Perfect" System that Catches "Every" Problem.

It Does Not Exist.

Every System has Problems.

Every Solution Brings New Problems.

This is How it has "Always" Been in the Real World...

And How Reality Will Continue.

It is Better to Hear about Small Problems that are Resolved...

Than No Problem at All.

If You Hear Silence...

The Problem May be Significantly Larger than You Realize...

And You Should Investigate Quickly...

Before it is Too Late.

Psychophysiological Freedom

Fun fact, this article was actually inspired by a Theory of Health!

Now, I am purposefully saying that this is Theory and Not Fact, so please keep that in mind.

The Theory states that if we “Never” Get Sick, such as Never getting the Common Cold, it may Actually be a Sign that Something is going Significantly Wrong in the Body.

Basically, it is not that the Cold (or whatever else) is Not There, but that the Body is Not “Able” to Fight It Off because of Other Problems that are Existing.

The Immune System is Too Weak, Due to Other Problems, to “Catch” the New Problems, which therefore Causes the Entire System More Stress.

As I Always Say…

All Stress Adds.

Regardless of whether you believe the Theory of Health, it is Interesting that We Often Find the Phrase “As Above, So Below” to be Close to Truth…

And I “Have” Seen the Truth of this Play Out in the Business Environment Only Too Many Times.
